A pass in any Bachelor’s Degree Examination of Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree of any other University duly recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate for all parts of examination or a Master’s Degree examination with 50% marks in aggregate. Under grading system, C Grade of Mahatma Gandhi University or equivalent thereto from other recognized Universities with not less than 50% marks in aggregate is required to become eligible for admission For SC/ST candidates: A pass in any Bachelor’s Degree examination. For SEBC candidates: Relaxation up to 3% marks from the norms
The admission to the MBA full time programme is strictly on the basis of merit as determined by the entrance examinations KMAT Kerala / CMAT/ CAT, Group Discussion /written ability test and Personal Interview conducted at the institution level. We are bound to follow the guidelines and time schedule provided by Mahatma Gandhi University and Admissions Supervisory Committee (ASC) appointed by Govt. of Kerala.

A general category candidate should get a minimum of 15% marks in the entrance test. SEBC candidates should score a minimum of 10% marks and SC/ST candidate should score 7.5% marks to get qualified. Eligible candidates will be short-listed for group discussion and personal interview. Based on the performance in the written test, group discussion / written ability test and personal interview a merit list will be prepared and published. While preparing the rank list, if there is same index marks for more than one candidate, he/she will be ranked on the basis of actual marks obtained in the qualifying exam. Even after this, if there is a tie, they will be ranked on the basis of date of birth;
i.e. the elder candidate is ranked higher. The reservation rules are applicable as per the Government norms.
Apply for KMAT Kerala / CMAT/ CAT and simultaneously apply to BMIM for admission by online through www.bmim.org or www.bharatamatacollege.in. The cost of application form for admission at BMIM is Rs. 500/-. When we receive your application, the date of group discussion and personal interview will be intimated to you telephonically or through e-mail. After GD &PI, as and when you receive the result of KMAT Kerala / CMAT/ CAT intimate the score immediately to us. When the college office confirms your selection for the admission kindly confirm your acceptance of the offer by remitting payment of the first semester fee.
The institute collects tution fee on semester basis the current semester fee is Rs 80000 (subject to approval by ASE)

Applicants are expected to qualify in one of the following entrance test for MBA admissions in any college in Kerala. These approved Tests are CAT, CMAT or KMAT
The General category and OBC category students should score a minimum of 10% marks in the test to qualify for admission. In case of SC/ST category candidates the qualifying norm is 7.5 %
MBA Admission process has three stages. Along with score in Entrance test, the marks obtained in Group Discussion (GD) / Written Ability test and Personal Interview (PI)are also considered. So the requirement of marks depends on your score in GD, PI and level of competition from other candidates.
Kerala Govt is not accepting MAT score for MBA Admission in Kerala
You can apply for MBA admission in BMIM through online now. You need not wait for getting the results of the qualifying test. When we receive your application for admission, we will call you for GD and PI. Based on your performance in GD & PI we can register you for admission. But your admission will be confirmed only on the basis of your Entrance score.
On the day publication of the entrance test results you can forward a copy of the score card can be forwarded to the college mail id bmim@Bharatamatacollege.in
Written Ability Test is conducted to assess the ability of the candidates in written communication. Candidates will be asked write an essay in English on a given topic. It is a simple test of 20 minutes duration.
Immediately after the publication of test results it should be communicated to us, preferably on the day of publication or the next day.

There is no preference between the CAT, CMAT or KMAT. In our holistic selection process, we consider a number of factors to determine your ability to handle the academic rigors of the programme. Test scores are just one piece of information considered in the selection process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide feedback to candidate who is denied admission. Selection is not based on a single factor so normally there is not a single deciding factor that led to a denial. Decisions are taken at multiple levels and such things cannot be explained.
